I guide and help my clients gain clarity and focus on how success and life fulfillment is defined by them while also learning how to balance and manage their lives.
I do not delve into my client’s past and try to analyze *why* they are where they are in life. I do not act as therapist nor am I here to be a counselor in the traditional sense. Instead, I focus my attention on giving my clients a new perspective, discover the key elements of how they envision their lives, and develop a practical and tangible strategy to help them achieve their goals. I identify my client’s strengths and abilities while structuring an individualized plan that will create a foundation of purpose and direction. I offer support and feedback while I also hold my clients accountable to their commitment to improving their lives.
Along with this practical line of individual coaching, I also offer business consulting in several different areas. I help small business owners to increase their brand and product while “thinking outside of the box” to help grow their business with a specific strategy and at a pace which they are able to be comfortable with. At the same time, I offer services to help enhance the workplace environment and motivation. I develop strategies and team building programs to elevate employee morale, create a positive team spirit, and encourage communication in the workplace.
